Job Description

My client is a national healthcare business with a significant investment planned for 2012. As part of this expansion plan they are now looking for a Copywriter to help develop its capacity marketing function. Reporting directly into the Direct Marketing Manager you will be responsible for communications across all channels including DM, internal communications and online copy.

- Deliver content to develop further collateral for the Acquisition and Retention comms strategy

- Where required deliver content to develop collateral for the Public Sector comms strategy

- Manage and deliver a programme of written content which supports the marketing and Customer Services strategy both on and off-line

- Supporting the Direct Marketing Manager in providing content for marketing campaigns

- Supporting the E-commerce team in providing on-line content

- Supporting the PR & Events manager in providing written PR content

The ideal candidate will understand the customer journey and the drivers of customer both in acquisition and retention and loyalty. This will be achieved by creating a suite of literature (on and offline content) to optimise and maintain engagement.

You will posses excellent attention to detail and have the ability to manage multiple projects. This role will suit someone with previous copywriting experience, ideally within a healthcare although candidates from other sectors will also be considered.
