The Company: A national Facilities Management company providing a range of services within the private and public sector. The role we are recruiting for is for the Front of House Division who provide 5 star Switchboard, Meeting Room Management, Reception Management, Corporate Concierge, Facilities Support and Front of House training and Consultancy
The Role: Manage the sales bid process, tracking of the tender process and supporting the completion of all tenders
Taking ownership of writing content for Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)
Working alongside the Business Development Director creating marketing activity
Creating presentations in various formats and developing bid templates with agencies
Ensuring all documents are coordinated on time and to deadlines
Responsible for keeping the CRM system up to date
The Person:
Needs to have relevant experience within a corporate, hospitality or customer service environment Excellent PC, communications and time management skills Highly motivated, able to work on their own and as part of a team
