Job Description

Unique role within internationally renowned 'Energy Sector' organisation is looking for a Member Services Executive to join the team who deliver and maintain support for members on an international basis.

  • Produce over 140 meetings, workshops, conferences, exhibitions throughout the world

The Role:

Supporting regional directors who develop and implement a range of educational member programmes

  • Arrange regional member meetings and provide minute taking
  • Distribute information for meetings
  • Administer international award programmes
  • Provide information for newsletters, website and general communication
  • Liaise with member services employees and student chapters
  • Arrange students contests
  • Work on member programme events including workshops, education weeks and days
  • Extensive travel arrangements for directors, will also have the opportunity to travel
  • Regular communication with the US member services staff regarding programme procedures and policies
  • Work with global colleagues on scholarship programmes

The Person:

You will be used to multi-tasking and providing watertight back-up to senior directors

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Used to digesting and acting on instructions from a variety of channels
  • Great communicator across a diverse range of cultures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Highly motivated
  • Willing to travel
  • Exposure to the energy sector an advantage
