Interim Campaign Manager, 6 months, c£200, East Midlands
You will manage a portfolio of marketing activities and be responsible for the end to end process of campaign planning, delivery, evaluation and closedown within agreed budgets and timescales
Supporting across all areas of our business you will provide input for both strategic and tactical campaigns, including managing Go to Market activity for new propositions
Working across the entire marketing mix, including Above The Line (Brand Advertising and DR), and Through The Line integrated communications, you will be able to make recommendations to the business and construct compelling and engaging marketing campaigns that support the business in it's drive to deliver a commercial return, drive NPS and experience, as well as supporting the broad vision and strategy
Develop integrated contact plans to ensure the successful and effective delivery of right customer, right product, right time and right channel with the right communication, working across the key functions in marketing and other teams
You will be responsible for developing good campaign briefs, with supporting creative, print and data briefs, and be responsible for briefing external creative agencies, as well as engaging support from internal colleagues such as Customer Insight, CRM, Commercial
Develop and influence the framework for the evaluation of campaign plans in achieving objectives and targets in conjunction with key stakeholders
You will manage the process of engagement for our key stakeholders to gain their buy-in to your campaign plans and proposals through to successful execution and closedown, including sharing initial creative concepts, media recommendations and timings

Proven experience of campaign planning/campaign management Proven experience of influencing and persuasion of senior level colleagues Excellent numeracy & written communication skills
