Key skill requirements:
* Preferably graduate level with subsequent demonstrable experience in Customer Relations Management or prospect management.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders including external service providers, sales managers and technical staff.
* Experience and expertise in supporting Customer Relations Management / Sales Force Automation products within a commercial environment (such as (web address removed) , Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle Siebel)
* Experience of SQL, databases and complex data analysis using Excel desirable.
