Proposition, Innovation, Delivery, Ideation - Manager

East Midlands, £40-£60k plus full benefits

This is an opportunity to join a truly innovate marketing team which is responsible for creating the  Next Generation' of products and services for both B2C and B2B customers. The business is recruiting for experienced marketers to lead multiple new venture projects. You will do this by leading key elements/projects/deliverables as part of the innovation cycle and scaling.

The successful candidate will be a customer centric individual with the ability to understand and interpret consumer's unmet needs and translate them into project deliverables. You will also have the ability to select, develop and assess the suitability of the various tools to maximise the extent of idea propositions. Coupled with a background in retail markets, FMCG or new and emerging markets. A proven track record in quality delivery and experience in leading direct and/or virtual teams would be ideal.
