Job Description

Denholm's client is one of the UK's largest and most popular online services company, helping thousands of business owners manage their company accounts. They are expanding their team and are looking to add a Website Manager.
Ideally you will be able to increase acquisition and retention of customers through the management and editorship of the company's website.

• Development and redesign of the website - to profile the product, maximising customer acquisition and also creating a destination point for financial advice within the SME and freelance community
• Editing and commissioning of content to demonstrate the product and facilitate uptake by users
  Day-to-day editorship of the website to create a newsworthy, dynamic and engaging site
• On-going optimisation and testing of content to maximise recruitment, conversion and retention levels
• Provision of content for email, syndication and press coverage as required by other members of the team
• Experience in IA creation, Commissioning and carrying out usability research
  Excellent html skills and knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage

To be successful in this role you will have excellent copy writing and editing skills, and extremely high standards in creation of quality copy. Experience of creating, commissioning and editing video and audio content is an advantage as well as photography skills

You must have an excellent knowledge of SEO and a track record of implementation of best practice to achieve good results via an analytical approach.
