Job Description
Strategic Thinking and Business Development are key in this role. Understanding business management skills and applying them within the team structure as well as developing good overall understanding of clients' businesses/ business sectors is essential. You will have: Understanding of the client marketing mix and rationale for mix, ability to understand, analyse and respond to client's digital marketing brief. Proactivity in leading annual planning to fit in with client marketing/financial cycle. Identifying business growth opportunities amongst existing clients. Primary client interface, to ensure that client expectations are managed/exceeded throughout project lifecycle.
Essential Background: Experienced in all digital channels and online marketing/media. Previous management experience of digital design & build projects is essential. In touch with industry developments. Good communicator and influencer. Leadership by example. Team management. Planning, organisation and attention to detail. Collaborative approach.
