With a thirty year pedigree this market leading IT services organisation is undergoing major transformation and change. As part of this, a new £100million turnover S.M.E. business unit has been created. With a new Marketing Director delivering a better structured and sales led marketing capability, they are now seeking to bring fresh talent into the Marketing team. The Market Insight Manager will be key to optimising the impact of all client facing marketing activity.
The Role:
• Maximise the impact of targeted marketing activity by developing and leading marketing expertise in customer segmentation.
• Tracking and measurement of individual campaigns, telemarketing and direct mail agencies.
• Ensure the maximum marketing return on investment is achieved with continual recommendation of future enhancements to data analysis processes.
• Research and analyse the competitor landscape with responsibility for recommending changes to go to market offers.
The Candidate
• Confident articulate marketing professional adept at manipulating data to drive meaningful marketing insight.
• Highly experienced in data analysis and data cleansing techniques. The ability to communicate insight to a broad audience is crucial.
• Experience of IT Infrastructure Services market is desirable but applications from outside the industry will also be welcome.
• The ability to work flexibly combined with the desire to get involved in a broad range of marketing based activity is essential.
