Denholm's Client is one of the UK's largest, and most popular, online services company, helping thousands of businesses owners manage their company accounts. They are currently looking to expand their team and are looking to add a Data Analyst. Ideally you will be passionate about building insight, understanding results and seeing patterns in data that can create real differences in the way a business operates or communicates with its customers.
Analysis of data and results from all parts of activity including web statistics, marketing campaigns and user data
Setting-up and monitoring of systems to enable other members of the business to access key metrics in real time
Day-to-day management and custodianship of customer database and data analytics packages (supported by the tech team), to ensure that they are fit for purpose
In conjunction with other members of the team the creation and delivery of an appropriate customer segmentation / insight lead CRM plan
Providing data pulls for marketing campaigns
Management and delivery of ad hoc' research and analytics projects
Solid experience in CRM and customer segmentation, including digital media
Highly numerate, very analytical approach
Experience and awareness of common analytical techniques and methods, statistical significance and tools.
