A medium sized agency is currently looking for an Associate Director / Project Director to work across a very prestigious client base. This agency has an extremely good reputation, and is not interested in progressing people in the direction that they do not want to go. They're not interested in pushing square pegs into round holes
As Associate Director you should have excellent quant skills (e.g. good experience with sampling, questionnaire design, project management, creating & delivering reports); a good working knowledge of statistical techniques, although this agency does use consultant statisticians for any fiddly bits. You must be very comfortable with numbers and data and getting the most relevant points out of tables and ideally good client handling / presentation skills - you must be able to confidentially develop and deliver a story and provide clear insight.
You should have a good degree. Be happy to tutor junior members of the team and help them develop their quant skills. Good attention to detail is essential, as well as being self-motivated, because you will have to work effectively both alone and as part of a team and leading a team.
Would suit a down to earth personality, who likes to get stuck in at all levels - there are no prima donnas at this agency!
