Business Analyst - Sales & Marketing - Telecommunications
£55,000 + benefits
Based Central London
We are a leading provider of Communications Solutions to corporates across Europe, specialising in solution based service across data, voice and managed services. We own and operate one of Europe's most advanced networks with unmatched breadth and city density.
We require an experienced Business Analyst to oversee the capture and development of detailed internal Business Requirements and Processes in order to refine and improve Sales delivery.
The primary purpose of this role is act as a first contact for requirements definition and process change requirements between BSS systems and Project Teams.
As the ideal candidate, you should be degree qualified in a technical or business related subject and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Business Analysis, specifically around Use Cases and Workflow.
You will also be highly motivated and team oriented with superb communication and presentation skills. Strong commercial acumen is essential.
