Our client, a high profile brand in telecoms, is presently seeking a Marketing Communications Manager (for a 6 month contract) to drive the development of its Internet Services and ensure a stand-out brand against competitors.
As the lead manager for this project, you will:
·Define the innovative consumer propositions and total customer experience
·Work closely with your team and operating companies to execute the experience to achieve customer satisfaction and commercial success
·Agree the scope of communication to be developed with key stakeholders
·Develop media & communications strategies for propositions
·Lead the strategy & execution of all Internet Services communication plans
To succeed in this position, you will be a commercially minded marketing professional with expertise in new proposition development and launches. You will, of course, possess excellent communication skills, and be confident leading large and diverse cross-functional teams. This is an extremely varied role which will challenge your stakeholder management skills and ability to create effective media & communications strategies. Ideally the suitable applicant for this position will have a strong level of experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing in a Web 2.0 environment.
