Great opportunity to join a well established digital agency, you will need strong Business Development skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
Job Purpose
To sell web based solutions and web services to new clients and achieve targets in accordance with an agreed business plan.
The BDM will oversee the development of marketing literature, administering accounts and writing reports.
Tasks
1.Follow up new business opportunities and to setup meetings.
2.Write proposals and reply to tenders.
3.Plan and prepare presentations.
4.Establish and Maintain working relationships.
5.Communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
6.Maintain a computerised customer and prospect database.
7.Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, products and services mix and timescales.
8.Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal support staff.
9.Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
10.Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Person Spec

2.Focused enterprise applications into medium to large companies.
3.You will have a minimum of 5 years experience selling web applications, service, and maintenance solutions into major accounts..
4. Executive presence and board experience.

6.Confidence and experience of board presentations and comfort in positioning the business to prospective customers is extremely important.
7.Communication level skills/presence, IT and Marketing Directors are main target
8.Solid business acumen and work style.
9. As the chosen individual you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, environment and ideally come from a fast growing web applications company.
10.Good communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email and presentation.
11.Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks.

13.Ability to apply numerical skills to analyse data, interpreting facts and figures presented in the form of statistical tables
14.A good understanding of website development, structure, coding and CMS.
