Job Description

Denholm's Client is an innovator within their sector and is currently looking to expand their marketing team. They are looking for a candidate who can share the same passion as they do for their brand.
As Marketing Manager you will have the ability to attract new customers and have an enthusiasm and knowledge for Digital Marketing. As my client specialises in IT/Software, coming from this background would be an advantage but not essential. 

• Responsible for planning customer recruitment marketing and awareness activity
• Produce customer communication and retention strategy
• Develop and deliver the search strategy to maximise awareness and recruitment online
• Manage the brand and guidelines and ensure consistent implementation across the organisation
• Develop and manage the product pricing policy
• Create and deliver a series of events across the UK
• Track record of delivering marketing campaigns and experience across all key mediums, and of direct response and awareness campaigns.
• Solid experience in CRM and customer segmentation.
• Excellent creative commissioning skills and judgement
• Analytical approach, high level of numeracy and very experienced in analysing results

In particular the individual in this role will be a very an experienced online practitioner - including search, email, advertising and social media
It is envisaged that the person doing this role will be an experienced marketer, who has already worked at a senior manager level, and had responsibility for delivering ambitious results and growth levels in customer recruitment and retention.
