Job Description
A unique opportunity has arisen with one of Europes largest telecommunications companies to join them as a Senior Direct Marketing Manager. This exciting role will manage a varied portfolio of direct marketing programme and requires a numerically strong person to lead the retention, cross and up sell programme. Experience of developing direct marketing plans and managing sizeable budgets is a pre-requisite for the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Brief in decisioning execs on targeting strategies, showing them how to undertake selections for campaigns
Work with the Head of department to define the direct marketing plan and implement it
Utilise business skills to optimise campaigns, ensuring any DM campaign is as good as it can be for the customers receiving the communication
Give direction to one direct report, growing and developing their own skills and abilities
EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Experience working in a mature market such as telecoms or financial services, or even utilities sectors
Strong experience in a direct marketing field, managing sizeable DM budgets
Able to demonstrate experience making the right decisions for the right customers and deploying the right budgets, ensuring DM campaigns are successful
