We are currently seeking a dynamic Internal Communications Executive to join our clients Strategy & Marketing Team to be responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of key internal communication activities.

 

Our client is a major global player in technology solutions within the networking and communications sector offering leading edge, emerging technologies and solutions to enterprises and SMBs worldwide. 

 

The role

 

• Collate content and produce weekly e-communications
• Develop and maintain core Internal Communications channels
• Write, edit, develop, load and manage content for intranet site
• Support the delivery of quarterly internal company magazine
• Manage key Communications plan deliverables: Annual events, monthly e-newsletters and wiki & discussion forum moderation
• Co-ordinate quarterly awards programme
• Manage comms activity calendar and co-ordinate key internal events.
• Implement Internal Communication initiatives to increase employee awareness and knowledge of organisational strategy, programmes and general information
• Work closely with other internal departments/functions, agency/supplier briefing and liaison, proof reading, copywriting and creation of electronic media.

 

The person

 

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace under pressure and to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight time constraints
• Team player with the ability to interact with a diverse employee base
• Ability to manage sensitive information
