We are seeking an ambitious, engaging and resilient Events Program Manager previously experienced in tactical and strategic elements of event planning and execution to coordinate our clients pan-European Events programme.
The role
To co-ordinate and manage and drive the pan-European event program
To develop content for program and maintain event website, making recommendations for improvements
To develop processes and create tools to ensure corporate alignment and execution
To liaise with European and US teams, as required, to support the event program through the delivery of services
To manage and maintain central funds and budget
To offer event expertise to in-country teams acting in consultancy capacity
To create and maintain the event master presentation plan outlining mission, financials, measurement and project overview and vision
Regular travel will be required approximately twice per month

Salary £45,000 to £50, 000 per annum pro rata
22 days paid holiday per annum pro rata
The person
Must be confident, resilient, resourceful and diplomatically assertive when appropriate
Be highly organised and a good time and project management
Have previous experience of briefing and managing agencies
Be self motivated and able to work autonomously
Be able to work flexibly in a fast-paced changing environment
Be a UK resident and eligible to work in the UK.
