Technical Support Analyst, French Speaking, Email Marketing £26k - Ideal 2nd job!!

Your Profile
A French speaking Technical Support Analyst is currently required to join this global Email marketing leader at their London based head offices. As a Technical Support Analyst, supporting a suite of leading email marketing technologies and tools, you'll need an in depth/advance knowledge and experience of the following;
- HTML
- Javascript
- Unix
- DNS
- Internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP; SMTP)
- Web browsers
- SQL
You'll need to have excellent verbal and written skills in French (Fluent/Mother tongue) and English, be very client facing with an excellent understanding of technical support including escalation management software, and also have a passion for email marketing.

The Role
As the Technical Support Analyst for this leading Email Marketing and Communications solutions provider, you'll be pivotal in providing quality and responsive post implementation technical support for the major email products & services to this companies leading EMEA based clients. You'll work in a fast paced but friendly environment, and be able to work closely with some of the most highly recognised Blue Chip clients in Europe.
