An opportunity is available for an experienced Marketing Assistant to join an organisation who are a market leader in the field of web content management. The position will report into the Head of marketing and offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in marketing within a fascinating industry!
The position of marketing assistant will be varied and you will be involved in everything from creating brochures, copy writing, event management and assisting in the preparation of marketing plans. The role offers the potential to develop down a more technical route including web development and content management.
The level of position requires:
·Experience in copy writing for a B2B technology market.
·Experience of designing/copy writing/proofing/revising promotional collateral/brochures/newsletters
·Experience with updating web site content and producing and publishing online PR.
·Assisted in planning and attending tradeshows and organising post-show follow up.
·Confident in using PCs and MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
·Ideally experience of using CRM such as SalesOutlook, Act
·Web publishing experience, but are keen to obtain more experience/training.
·Experience of graphics programs such as Illustrator and PhotoShop but not essential.
