A vacancy has arisen for an experienced and sales driven marketing communications expert, ideally from an IT/software background, to join an an international, rapidly growing software provider. Your responsibilities will add significant impact to the growth, development and success of a fast moving UK company.

You will work closely with 3 main stakeholders to develop a lead generation program. You will manage both internal and external telemarketing operations for direct sales and alliances team. Develop and execute lead generation programs across all vertical sectors and execute global marketing programs locally. Co-ordinate press activities with PR agency, manage local marketing budget and provide complete ROI on all marketing expenditure using CRM system.

To be successful you will be an experienced B2B Marketing Manager, previous telemarketing experience is essential as is in depth knowledge of marketing communications to develop lead generation. Knowledge of marketing operations experience using CRM and Microsoft Office applications. Previous management experience of a small telemarketing team/Marketing team, experienced in co-marketing initiatives with Partner channels.

You must enjoy working in a fast moving and challenging environment, be team driven and hungry for success and have the ability to work and communicate at all levels. You will be outgoing, highly self motivated and strong character and have a very hands on approach with an ability to prioritise based on business goals. You must enjoy networking and be flexible about travelling in the UK/overseas.

Basic of up to £35K + car allowance + 10% bonus+ a range of excellent benefits
