Customer Experience Manager - North West - £Excellent
Our client is a well known Travel company in the North West each holidays that provides consumers with a huge selection of flights and over 30,000 hotels from which to choose and build their own holiday online. They have grown rapidly to become a leading player in the online travel market and are already experiencing significant levels of repeat business from its satisfied customer base. It is growing through word of mouth and recommendation, as well as through its online marketing activities.
They are now looking to recruit a Customer Experience Manager who will report into the Marketing Director. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic individual to take charge of the website and customer experience function of a fast growing travel business, with great market potential. This role will be ideal for a performance and results orientated individual, who enjoys working in a small team, and is intrigued by the opportunity to work in the extremely fast moving environment of the UK online travel industry.
The accountability is to improve site conversion for the business and maximise opportunities to convert lookers into bookers. The Customer Experience Manager will be the voice of the online customer in the business. The person will be responsible for online conversion from website look & feel, consistency, click-stream analytics, competitor benchmarking (site functionality, product, price) through to on-page SEO programmes.
