After a record year the company (Foxhills/ Windsor Holdings Ltd) has taken on a new venture creating an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business and work with can do people. The Managing Director and Marketing Manager both have creative minds and come from advertising and marketing backgrounds generating an ideal environment for learning and development.
Purpose of the role To support the Marketing Manager in all aspects of the day to day marketing and PR for the new project, this element of the role will average of 20hours per week.
To support the Managing Director in all aspects of his role To drive the business forward by driving the Managing Director Oversight of established business, Foxhills and development of the portfolio. Specific tasks Execution of the day to day marketing activities for new project, including but not limited to:
Sign off of artwork
Stoke control of collateral
Maintenance & management of New Projects website with web design company
Day to day contact for PR agency under the guidance of Marketing Manager
Explore and research all opportunities that may arise for new project to brief the Marketing manager
Client relationship management: Specifically the Clubs new commercial partners
Communication of Marketing activities to all internal customers
Management of the marketing administration for the new project
Execution and coordination of PR opportunities for new project Brand guardian in absence of the Marketing manager
Organise and prioritise the Managing Directors workload and provide reminders where necessary to ensure all issues are followed up and deadlines met
Arrange client meetings, liaising with clients; acting as a key communication channel Screening of incoming and outgoing written correspondence and phone calls
Able to travel between 2 businesses which are approximately 1 hour apart (9.00 am to 5.30 pm (approx) finish). Primarily based in South Croydon, with occasional travel to Surrey based established company
Other administrative duties as required Liaising with staff Managing diary, calls & emails
Experience needed Previous experience with at least 2 years experience in a similar role
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent word processing and IT skills with experience in Outlook, Word and Excel
To represent the Managing Director and the company, in meetings and over the phone, in a personable and professional manner Previous Marketing, PR and events experience would be beneficial
