Account Director Sponsorship/Retail London Up to £48k - + bens
This leading Sports, Music and Entertainment agency is looking for a Junior Account Director or established Account Director to join their already successful team. This agency works with a strong client list across technology, FMCG, Sports and Retail brands to develop strong sponsorship partners and activation of the sponsorship.
The Account Director will report into the Vice President and will manage a team of 3 people, 1 x Senior Account Manager and 2 x interns.
The main responsibilities of the Account Director will include:
*idea creation and development of appropriate activity
*identification of suitable properties for sponsorship
*operational activation to ensure the day-to-day delivery of agreed programmes
*being the main point of contact, agreeing the scope of work
*already have strong relationships with trade bodies, government departments and the industry as a whole
*team management, mentoring and appraisals
The successful Junior Account Director or existing Account Director should:
*be a confident self starter with good communication and interpersonal skills
*be able to manage multiple projects and organised
*be results driven, strong attention to detail and able to work on your own initiative
*a confident networker
