One of the first names in British retail are looking for a strong willed, credible and experienced premium restaurant marketing professional to create, develop and instil a long term strategic focus into the organisation. With specific responsibility for 29 restaurants your input will encompass all brand campaigns - events, digital, DM, CRM and other in store activity as well as PR.
Our Ideal CandidateThere are 3 core requirements that I'm are looking for and you will need to very closely match these: a restaurant background, experience of the premium restaurant marketplace, and an understanding of the subtleties of the luxury products world. Your marketing communications background (ideally including PR responsibility) will be backed by a strong and determined personal style and a natural credibility and gravitas. You will have a background that shows you are able to input creatively as well as strategically. Creativity would also be highly valued, as would that inevitable restaurant driven commerciality.
