Leading leisure travel business look to recruit an Insight & Research Executive to bolster the customer insights and research function, co-ordinating customer feedback, ensuring effective communication and action plans are driven across the business. Delivering key reporting on CRM, marketing analysis and competitor analysis
*Support the Customer Insight Manager in developing the customer analytical function, working with key stakeholders to understand key business questions and align affective, impactful analysis to drive proposition and CRM activity.
*Support the Customer Insight Manager in creating a mix of standardised and ad-hoc reporting to positively impact the annual CRM revenue plan.
*Develop the customer research function, understand key business questions and align affective, impactful research to drive coach proposition, brand and CRM activity.
*Support the development of brand and customer service initiative developments through insight.
*Develop agency relationships where applicable for adhoc research and analysis.
*Pro-actively market customer research and analysis across the business.
*Share customer experience survey results with the business developing clear action plans. Work with wider Marketing team and cross functional teams to research, develop and implement loyalty products. Integrate research with customer analysis where value can be gained from non-behavioural data.
*Feed into any research led segmentation and market sizing.
*Extract and evaluate key insights using customer (Single Customer View), behavioural information and external data sources. Develop action plans across BU, ensuring these are used and drive appropriate change and benefit.
*Work with CRM Campaigns team to develop weekly revenue reporting on key CRM activity.
*Develop adhoc reporting to support key marketing campaigns.
*Establish robust mechanisms and processes for the post evaluation and measurement of marketing campaigns and ROI on marketing spend. Fully evaluate all activities through research and KPI analysis as appropriate.
*Support Customer Data Manager in campaign selections from SCV and co-ordination of customer data
Background
*Educated to degree level
*Analytical/statistical knowledge including modelling techniques
*Knowledge and usage of statistical and data manipulation packages e.g. SPSS, SAS, Excel
*Strong communication skills
*Commercially astute
*Self starter
*High levels of problem solving ability
*Market research (qual/quant) desirable
