Tourism and leisure charity based in Gloucestershire are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to raise public awareness, increase visitor numbers and to assist with the strategic planning of the centre.
The role:
·Develop and produce an annual marketing plan
·Ensure delivery and distribution channels are effectively managed for the successful implementation of the marketing plan
·Actively manage third party relationships, agency, contractors and group markets both amateur and professional tour operators
·Develop marketing relationships with key local stake holders/partnerships
·Produce a communication plan to support the marketing plan
·e-commerce responsibilities
·PR responsibilities
·People management responsibilities
The candidate:
·Previous relevant marketing background in an outward facing role including PR, brand and DM
·Background of producing marketing plans and communication strategies
·Excellent copywriting and proofing skills
·Evidence of a marketing leadership role previously
·Evidence of event organisation and management
