Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract of 6-8 months
Our client, a household name in the leisure industry and a FTSE 250 company is currently seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing and PR Executive to join their busy team. With responsibility for all marketing communications to both existing and new customers for two leading brands, this is a flexible and interesting role.
Duties include:
* Producing regular PR pieces, constantly exploring new PR opportunities
* Taking ownership of the media sections of all brands websites
* Producing timely and creative customer direct marketing material from discussing the design with the Graphic Designer, to writing the copy, production and delivery.
* Produce a cost effective acquisition strategy in line with commercial requirements and brand guidelines.
* Review and find new advertising opportunities, buying media space and monitor competitor activity.
* Maximising exposure at and attending exhibitions and shows.
Skills required:
* Strong PR and general marketing experience
* Proactive and a strong negotiator
* Excellent copywriting skills
