A growing company looking for a field based Marketing Executive reporting to the Marketing Manager:

- Lead the implementation & ongoing development of the annual sales development calendar for the division, ensuring all campaigns are robust, & well planned covering the following elements of the mix:
- Production of POS & customer communication literature
- PR plans are activated and reviewed (trade & consumer)
- Sales Promotions
- Key Dates planning
- Data Capture & CRM
- Customer review & feedback
- Lead project management, ensuring all activity & projects are delivered on time & within budget  supported with a full evaluation
- Assist the Marketing Manager in ensuring margin optimisation through sales mix analysis & category review supported by retail merchandising guides and effective customer communications.
- To act as the consumer champion at all times and keep abreast of competition and market dynamics. Make recommendations to improving upon all customer touchpoints & offer development including:
- Point of Sale & customer communication strategy
- Own & evolve the concept guidelines
- Menu Development
- Signage
- Review & update the music profile
- Staff uniforms
- Proactively manage positive relationships with all internal & external customers maximising their performance
- Effectively support all Investments, plans, PR, reviews, opening marketing materials, and consulting on design championing the segment features & mandatorys.
- Proactively recommend & propose enhancements to the Marketing Strategy for the division through your detailed understanding of the Marketing environment & market.
- Advanced communicator, marketing understanding, organised project management, innovative creative thinker who make decisions, ability to be a team-player, commercial acumen, able to deliver under pressure and to deadlines, self-motivated, pro-active, analytical and enthusiastic.
- Experience within a sales or marketing function, preferably within a retail or leisure environment
- Preferably a Marketing or Business based degree. Alternatively, other Marketing related academic qualifications would be an advantage.
- Proven project management skills
- Demonstration of creativity and innovative thinking
