My Client urgently requires a PR Coordinator for an initial period of 3 months in their Harlow offices. This is a contract to permanent opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all editorial content is provided within the timelines stated.
- Attend occasional client photo shoots for client success stories and fashion shoots.
- Ensure website is updated
- Liaise with PR team to identify potential media opportunities with the magazine.
- Manage all PR enquires.
- Providing PR advice and overseeing regional PR initiatives to support stakeholders in their local areas, including securing regional press coverage.
- Liaising with press, selling stories and providing press releases and marketing copy.
- Gather publications for review and discussion at magazine meetings.
- To manage special projects such as consumer events and launches.
- Budgetary control and management
Person Specification
- Great organisational and coordinating skills.
- A confident, assertive and articulate communicator.
- Used to working in a fast paced environment.
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage a busy workload and deliver to agreed timescales
