·Build a strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and create a sound understanding of where it relates to other types of Online advertising. You will form opinions of trends within the sector and be able to speak competently about topical issues as they evolve.
·Management of targets and budgets following monthly schedule creation and submission to your individual merchants.
·Co-ordinating affiliate programmes from the set-up phase through to the delivery of the results.
·Set specific affiliate recruitment targets for individual programme executives to ensure that risk is managed on affiliate levels.
·Scheduled promotion of affiliate campaigns across the various marketing channels.
·Focus on adding value to client's programmes and account management and always ensuring that their expectations are exceeded while assisting Affiliate Director with monetising specific areas of resource to maximise revenues.
·Management of the results, analysis and recommendation process to optimise advertising campaigns.
·Manage members of staff responsibly.
·Report directly to the Affiliate Director through formal weekly meetings.
·Compilation of month end results and creating updating the relevant balance sheets in order for Affiliate Director to compile Gross Profit for the month.
·Help to plan and execute affiliate events on a scheduled basis by creating a hospitality schedule for the year and executing it.
