My client, a leading online marketing agency based in Cheshire is currently expanding and is actively looking for a new Digital Account Manager or a Senior Account Executive with the desire to take the next step up! A market leader in online marketing, currently working with some of the UK's leading brands, you will cover all aspects of online marketing, including web analytics, email marketing and website usability. Supporting the client services Director, you will build the agency profile and demonstrate the real value of service to new and existing clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
*Sole responsibility for a number of existing accounts and support to the CSD on a number of large accounts within the agency
*Delivering excellent client service across all online platforms
*Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with both new and existing clients
*Collating clear and insightful briefs
*Negotiating client fees and budgets
*Accurately cost client projects, ensuring they are delivered in time and within budget
*Supporting the Accounts when out of the office
To be considered for this you must be a proven agency Account Manager, with a real passion for online marketing. You must be able to communicate at all levels, have excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects. You will have a general understanding of all media channels, as well as a good knowledge of digital marketing including web design and build.
