This design agency, based in Newcastle upon Tyne are looking for a Business Development/Account Manager to join them.
They are considering candidates already in a similar position, but also those who are perhaps in a design or account management role.
Working Hours
Normal hours will be from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You may be required to work outside of these times in completing of your contract.
General Responsibilities
To assist the Managing Director and other directors as required to increase the level of business carried out by the Company, including increasing new business revenues in line with targeted revenue objectives, to meet all set performance indicator objectives, to increase the profile of the Company and to develop and maintain the highest possible level of client satisfaction.
Detailed Responsibilities
To generate new business and to develop business with existing clients through telephone and face to face contact and by other means as appropriate in line with set revenue targets and performance indicators
To assist in the development and generation of ideas for the marketing and promotion of the company in accordance with the already established marketing and promotion strategy.
To assist in the promotion of the company in line with the agreed marketing and promotion strategy.
To maintain positive relations with existing and new clients and to ensure that they are always delighted with the service provided by the company.
To handle all ongoing work programmes for each client in line with the timetable and budget agreed with the client for each individual project.
To develop additional income streams from clients.
To assist clients in all reasonable and possible ways to ensure positive client relations are maintained.
To attend the companies weekly meeting.
