Our client is an established creative company based in Prudhoe with a progressively expanding client base. They are now seeking a creative project manager to build strong relationships with clients and oversee / manage an exciting range of projects.
You will be responsible for design and financial control of individual projects from inception and to produce quality installation whilst maximising company profit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and cost large scale display schemes using computer programs, plans and photos; utilising current company stock and CD manufactured or externally sourced products. Estimates of logistics will also be calculated using company parameters.
Occasional direct contact with client and/or pre-installation site visits may be required.
You should be comfortable working within a team but accountable for your own portfolio, converting original brief, overseeing and approving visual presentation elements; producing and progressing necessary presentation documents through to final contract and invoice.
You will manage and administer project progression through the company's cost and stock system to completion by liaising with Key Relationships to control total process whilst ensuring that status per project is accurate and rported correctly to Senior Management.
Carry out quality control assessments with other departments to ensure best value materials are being ordered, and review of actual costs comparison to original budget to ensure quality and cost effectiveness of product and overall scheme.
With experience you will lead installation teams on site, with duties including preparing schedules of work, staff supervision, deliveries, liaising with client personnel and reporting progress to CD support staff and management.
