Account Manager and Account Director £ Wiltshire £ to £45K

Our client, an Advertising, Brand and Design agency based in Wiltshire are looking for an Account Director (£35K to £45K depending on experience) and an Account Manager(to £25K) to join this buzzy, thriving agency. For both positions, you£ll have experience of working in integrated agencies and be a strong all rounder with the ability to thoroughly immerse yourself in the client`s business.

You£ll want to inspire high standards of creative through the clarity of your briefs and produce results and research driven solutions in the following:
Branding
Consultancy
Research
Positioning, development and guardianship;
Advertising £ Above, below and through the line;
Design £ corporate literature, DM, newsletters, exhibitions and websites.

Clients could be UK or internationally based, so pan European experience is an advantage.

On top of this you will of course manage your accounts profitably and keep an eye open for business building opportunities. You£ll also be red hot on forecasting, budget and timing management and developing the people around you. In return you£ll be part of a team with a grown up sense of professionalism but a childlike enthusiasm for what they do and a sense of humour.
