Account Director (Digital) - Manchester (City Centre) - up to £50,000

You will be a strategic thinker; someone who REALLY understands brands and what creativity can deliver for brands. You will very well be from a traditional marketing/advertising background, as this is where this understanding is most commonly found. You will be a natural people person, with gravitas, and be able to talk to marketers on their level, as well as being personable, passionate, a terrific communicator and great at developing client relationships, and therefore business a real grown up!
You will 'get' interactive/digital eg you'll know about Facebook, will probably use blogs and will recognise the potential of digital creativity. This doesn't mean you must understand cost per click, search engine optimisation and the 'drier stuff', but if you're bright enough you can certainly recognise the potential for brands.
You will be naturally interested in creativity, have your favourite campaigns, have a view on what brands are doing, digitally, and what you feel works and doesn't.
