Digital Media Recruitment Consultant-Great Mayfair Location-Competitive Salary + excellent commission

Fed up with working for a recruiter who doesnt pay you a competitive commission structure, who doesnt have the scope to promote you quickly?  Want a chance to be integral to the success of a company?  Then we want to hear from you!  Ideally, you will have experience as a recruitment consultant and working in the Digital Media Sector.  You will be passionate about the Digital sector and have contacts within Media Agencies, Digital Publishers or Online Creative Agencies.  You will be results driven, and motivated to succeed.

As a Digital Media Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to split your day between networking and sourcing the highest quality candidates for your clients, pitch and canvass for new business leads and establish and maintain strong relationships with your clients.  Account Management will play a key part in providing a complete service for your clients, and setting us apart from the competition and you will need to understand their businesses inside out.  You will also be an exceptional negotiator, both for agreeing contracts with clients and providing advice for candidates.

Rilwood Associates is a leading, National Search and Selection Agency.  The Marketing Team has been established for sever years, and is one of the best performing divisions within the company.  The London office is a new addition to an expanding network of offices, and at the centre of the Digital Media sector.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a sector in its infancy, and really help define its future.  This role isnt for the faint hearted, and is a big challenge.  The rewards, both financially and career focused, are huge!
