SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Are you an experienced Senior Account Executive / Junior Account Manager with experience in field marketing, experiential agencies or staffing departments? -Field Marketing and Experiential agency
-Specialise in top end telecomm & technology clients
-Growing, successful agency with new offices in NY
-Plans to expand across the US and Europe

-Thirty full time staff plus freelancers
-Train, nurture and develop their staff
The Role:
-SAM for the global arm of this well known account
-Work closely alongside the Account Director
-Take brief from conception to completion for festivals and sporting events
-Manage internal processes
-Deliver activity
-Manage and develop large teams of field staff
-Maintain and build on client relationships
-Line management of team
-Collaborate on logistics and operations
The Person:
-Relevant agency experience in FM/Experiential
-Proven ability of managing a large team
-Capable of working independently
-Pro active, innovative, determined and focused
-Interest in youth music, culture & technology
-Understanding of operations and logistics
-Looking to grow into a senior role
