Website Designer opportunity based in Surrey working for a market leading travel/leisure company. The aim of the Website Designer will be to manage the look and feel of the websites and provide the creative work for all marketing and yield activities.
Duties encompass:
·Replacing existing site designs with better, more appealing designs and working with development team to produce design work (40%)
·Price point creative to replace teaser areas
·Produce creative to support marketing campaigns
·Creating templates and creative for email campaigns
·Support marketing teams in design of emails
·Creating banners for affiliate banner campaigns
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To apply for the Website Designer opportunity, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
·Currently working in a Website Designer capacity on a high profile ecommerce website
·Intimate familiarity of Adobe Photoshop
·Excellent knowledge of XHTML and CSS
·Ability to understand a brand and product and portray it accurately online
·Exposure to W3C accessibility guidelines
·Exposure to Web 2.0 technology & development practices
THE PACKAGE & BENEFITS
The position of Website Designer affords the following benefits and remuneration:
·Up to £35,000 depending on skills and experience
