You will have previous experience of delivering strategic leadership and outstanding client service in a similar role within the brand strategy/design field.
Job Title: Client Service Director
Key tasks:
Ultimately responsible for client growth, profitability and client management best practices.
Strategic leadership, management and motivation of the client account team.
Build outstanding long-term client relationships in order to generate income and maximise profitability.
Drive the growth of existing accounts and in conjunction with the business development team, secure and build new accounts.
Ensure that client's business objectives, project deliverables, budgets and schedules are achieved.
Strategic, creative and client /brand-centric leadership that cumulates in the delivery of stunningly effective creative work.
Start date: Spring/Summer 2012
Package: Up to £90,000 + benefits

Candidate profile:
Educated to degree standard, ideally with a post-graduate specialism in Marketing, Design or an MBA.
A member of a relevant industry trade body such as the Marketing Society.
An outstanding track record and proven experience of having led key strategic (preferably global) projects at a senior level.
Expert in the field of branding, i.e. FMCG, Corporate and/or in Retail.
Key business leader.
Management of key relationships within client organizations: providing superior client service and brand marketing and design solutions by understanding, meeting and exceeding their needs.
Able to demonstrate significant client growth and retention in a branding consultancy.
Substantial strategy and design experience working with brands, i.e. FMCG, corporate and/or retail as the Senior Account Manager/Account Director.
A strategic thinker concerning brands, with a thorough understanding of the client's business and industry.
Skilled in commercial negotiation - uses persuasion and influence to close sale and achieve profitability.
Strong financial management skills.
Highly persuasive and influential, able to effectively brief, lead and motivate delivery teams.
