Digital Media CRM Marketing Manager
London W1
£60,000 - £80,000 DOE

Our client operates Europes leading flirting service for people connected to the internet either via PC or mobile phone. The service allows registered members to discover new people and chat with other users. An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Media CRM Marketing Manager to join their team.

For this role, our client is looking for a self-motivated individual with experience gained within a digital media CRM and marketing role.

As a Digital Media CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer communications within a mobile social network. This will involve building the online community through user retention and conversion to paying customers using the premium services.

You will manage the CRM tools and campaigns, using internal and external messaging tools, budgeting, forecasting and planning of campaigns.

You will also be expected to assist the Head of Department in maintaining CRM and marketing procedures in line with the company strategies.

You will be tasked with:

- Managing and continually optimising the creation and execution of all strategic and tactical elements of database marketing campaigns
- Creating and leading the development of ongoing communications
- Designing and implementing CRM strategies
- Identifying and implementing new marketing programmes
- Continually developing, measuring and optimising campaigns using internal tools

To be considered for the role of Digital Media CRM Marketing Manager, you must have:

- Significant experience gained within a digital media CRM and marketing role
- A degree (or equivalent)

Additionally, you must possess solid communication skills, a positive and logical approach together with a willingness to learn. The ability to achieve deadlines and work independently is also key.

Although not essential, experience in a CRM role, gained within a social networking or internet application environment would be a distinct advantage to your application. Experience of using more than one CRM tool would also be beneficial.
