Search Analyst
London EC1
Up to £25,000 (depending on experience) Plus Bonus, Pension, Medical Cover, Gym Membership, Childcare Vouchers + More
Our client is a digital performance agency who provides highly successful paid search campaigns and innovative web designs with the aim of converting their visitors into customers. They are currently looking to recruit a Search Analyst to join their team.
This role would suit an ambitious online marketing professional looking to develop their career with a company offering fantastic scope for progression and personal development opportunities.
As the Search Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a number of search campaigns through Google, Yahoo and MSN. This will include understanding the goals of the website you are promoting and researching, generating and implementing keyword lists.
As such, you should be someone who loves to uncover trends in data and analysis, thrives in a team environment and enjoys working with online technologies, particularly with regards to search marketing.
You will be tasked with:
- Understanding the goals of the website you are promoting
- Researching, generating and implementing keyword lists for all campaigns
- Working to a budget and managing your profit margins
- Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports on the progress of your campaigns
- Working with supporting technology tools to optimise your campaigns and identify trends
To be considered for the role of Search Analyst, you must have:
- Online marketing experience
- Experience in a similar role
- A degree (or equivalent) in computer sciences, business, economics, mathematics or a similar technical discipline
Additionally, you must possess strong organisation and analytical skills and a good eye for detail in order to seize opportunities. Although not essential, PPC experience or experience of promoting a website online will be a distinct advantage to your application. A Google AdWords qualification will also be beneficial.
