A leading outdoor retailer with over 60 stores and email database of 150,000 + are looking for an Email Marketing Executive.
The Email Marketing Executive will effectively manage email marketing campaigns, through ownership of the customer database, co-ordinating all activities working alongside internal departments and external agencies.
Some of the key responsibilities:
Improve email response rates through measurable multi-variant testing of content, subject lines and design
Work with Database Manager and Web Content Editor to improve relevancy of email content to targeted distribution lists through analysis of customer purchasing behaviour
Provide accurate reporting and analysis to influence future online marketing strategy looking at trends and initiating testing
Manage production of all email communications to support campaigns and loyalty scheme
You will work alongside technical email assistant and in house studio and database manager on email creation:
Conduct testing of all email communcications
Ensure all email communications are launched to agreed schedules
Develop process efficiencies and the use of automated content to improve campaign execution
Analyse customer activity to improve user response/click rate
You will need basic knowledge of HTML and knowledge of Adobe suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop) to carry out this role along with relevant email marketing experience.
