This leading light in the field of data management, processing and analysis is currently on the lookout for a talented and charismatic Senior Account Director to take charge of one of their client services teams and drive their overall growth and profitability.

For such a senior role, they will inevitably be looking for someone with a substantial level of previous experience of handling and understanding data. A familiarity with database management and analytics software such as FastStats, Alterian or Smart Focus would inevitably come in handy. Operating a multi-channel approach, there will be as much emphasis on email marketing as on the more traditional sides of data gathering and analysis. Therefore, a knowledge of digital channels would also be extremely important.

Alongside the technical requirements for the role, you will also need to be a strong man manager, able to communicate clearly and effectively to team members and clients alike. This role will not only see you nurturing those all-important client relationships but also get you quite heavily involved in their account planning process. A sharp eye for spotting opportunities to cross-sell other services would be an attractive asset. Don't be surprised if you're also called upon now and again to lend your weight and expertise to client pitches and the like.
