Human Resources Analyst - Leading Publishers - Up to £27,500 + Excellent Package - Teddington
Your Profile
You must have a good understanding of quality and quantitative data, have proven HRIS skills, knowledge and experience. A track record of management reporting will also be essential. As a HR Analyst you will be a strong communicator with excellent numerical and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
The Role
You will be working as a Human Resources Metrics Specialist to manage and report on Human Resources data and to support the development of the Human Resources information system. Responsibilities in this role will include: Managing and taking ownership of HR Systems and processes ensuring the data is up to date and accurate at all times. Providing accurate analysis, interpretation and presentation of HR Management information including Benchmarking. And working closely with the HR Team on all management reports and analysing quality data.
