This dynamic and expanding market research consultancy requires a highly analytical and insightful Senior Research Analyst to deliver excellent analysis within major projects for leading UK and international organisations across a range of industries.
Reporting to the Associate Director, working on a variety of projects across top-tier clients, as Senior Research Analyst your key responsibilities will include:
• Contribute to the delivery of analysis projects, including writing analysis sections for client proposals/interpretive reports with support of project manager
• For more complex analysis projects, contribute to the analysis design and deliver significant parts of the analysis independently
• For simpler projects, design and deliver the total analysis (including input to the proposal and costing)
• Conduct SPSS analysis independently – write and run advanced SPSS/Quantum as appropriate
• Become the company expert in at least 2 analysis techniques (e.g. Conjoint Analysis). In this capacity, be the first port of call for project/account managers when designing projects, training junior team members, researching new software/techniques
• Support project managers in providing analysis credentials to potential new clients
• Identify, recommend and implement internal initiatives as required to improve the effectiveness of this company and the working environment.
With a good grounding in market research / insights, you will have a good understanding of main research techniques and advanced skills in SPSS, Excel and Quantum. Highly analytical, you will be able to interpret data messages and have good organisational/project management skills.
