A service specialist company is looking for a junior insight manager to join their organisation on a four month contract basis.
One of the biggest names in this specialised sector is offering a great opportunity to join their customer retention and global sales department. The main purpose of the job is to coordinate research and results and to undertake customer research projects as directed.
Other responsibilities include:
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and establishing communication and service needs of existing customers.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure the ability to quickly and effectively gather data and research.
- Act as a consultant to internal clients on suitable research solutions to marketing problems.
- You will be expected to challenge assumptions and data in the pursuit of understanding and accuracy.
Ideally you will educated to degree level and have some marketing experience. It is essential that you have a background in analysis and/or research. You will be expected to understand complex issues and situations and recognise business wide implications. Good problem solving skills and the ability to use your own judgement are essential.
