About the Role
Due to growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Associate Director (operations) to join this growing Healthcare team. This role is slightly different in that the focus will be on the operational side of the business. As the team has grown a need for someone to take a lead in terms of re-sourcing, costing and running projects is required. You will also be responsible for helping to improve efficiency and quality and will ultimately become involved in the Healthcare teams recruitment and retention strategy.
The role will also require some account management responsibilities which would be no more than 2 accounts.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in healthcare research (would beneficial)
Ad hoc research experience
Someone who can assign teams with every project taking into consideration:
Client continuity
Skills required for the project
Current work loads
Team dynamics
To help the Healthcare team win proposals by effectively managing all suppliers (internal and external)
Management of live projects, ensuring that relevant meetings take place – initiate, mid-project, product handling, field, data processing and data analysis briefings, debrief planning and post-mortems.
Line manage office and field managers and any research assistants.
