An excellent opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to join this leading retailer as an Assistant Marketing Manager initially on a 6 month contract. As the Assistant Marketing Manager the main purpose of the role is to manage the production of promotional literature and flyers.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Run promotional projects, to ensure that all the deadlines are met.

• Translate product selections into detailed pagination plans.

• Manage the production of artwork for all flyer pages and ensure communication objectives and quality standards are met.

• Produce clear creative briefs for external agencies which take into account the brand style and meet the strategic aims of the specific flyer etc.

• Ensure that the company’s Brand Identity is adhered to throughout the creative process.

• Actively contribute to discussion and debate to ensure that promotional
literature is continually improved both in terms of content and creative input.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre ideally from a Business or Marketing background. You will have previous marketing experience and managerial experience is desireable although not essential.
