- Managing a large team to drive subscriptions.

This Group Subscriptions Marketing Manager within consumer publishing is working for a major magazine publisher in London. The company is one of the major players in the consumer magazine market and has a range of titles across different subject areas. Innovation, ideas and trying new routes to market are key for this company's success and they invest heavily in their people. The marketing team is fairly large and has a wealth of experience within consumer publishing. They are based in Central London.

As the Group Subscriptions Marketing Manager for this major consumer publisher, you will come on board in a contract capacity for an initial nine months. You'll work closely with the overall Head of Direct Marketing to develop the strategy for the range of brands and make sure subscription opportunities are maximised. In addition, you will be expected to lead a team of people and assist in their continued development. This role requires a lot of publisher contact as well as the management of a number of external relationships.

To be the right fit for this Group Subscriptions Marketing Manager within consumer publishing, it is essential that you have a depth of experience within subscriptions marketing within consumer publishing. You'll be well versed with managing people and developing them in a fast paced environment. Working with people across all levels will be something that comes naturally to you as well as having experience in managing large budgets. This is a very challenging and demanding role for a professional marketer to make an impact on some well known brands.
